On 12/30/2010, PAR North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADESA Auctions, acquired Liberty Lender Services. We have recently changed the name of the company to Liberty Recovery Services. Liberty will continue to operate separately and independently from PAR. Liberty’s field agents will continue to operate as normal; however, all customer service functions have been transitioned from Liberty’s offices in Bay City, MI to Carmel, IN. This change is effective immediately.

 

I will oversee all customer service operations. Additionally, Paul O’Dell will oversee all field operations including agent oversight and compliance. Paul and I have extensive recovery experience from both the client and agent perspectives.
